I was on the phone for over an hour to India only to be told that the solution to my slow speeds...........is I have a grey Ethernet cable and not a blue one........the mind boggles. I was told that NTL do not supply grey cables, I could not get through to him that when I had my Terayon modem installed they did. Thinking of going back to BT and getting another provider I am paying for 10 Meg and not even getting half of that.
