So you want NTL to host a newsgroup which lets face it is just there for people to download copies of copyright material? Somehow I think not. The legal issue alone would stop them from thinking of it, I would expect that the low level of completion on the NTL newsgroup servers is for a reason.
As for you trying to dictate that people shouldn't reply if they were going to mention certain things..... never mind
