Somebody needs to let the rest of ntl's staff know then, because they are still telling customers that speeds are being reduced

just got off of the phone to ntl the downgrade in upload is happerning apparently some 70000 customers have been downgraded already and the rest will be done in a month or so
On the hopefully good side <_< in 2 months time there are plans for a new speed as to what i doubt if i'll be around to know
