It was indeed a typo - I have had it confirmed by ntl - They have now corrected the error @

The upload for 10Mb is still 512kbps.
To Felinix Devotion - As already mentioned - the ntl website has just recently been upgraded - so a mistake such as this can be easily made. No need to look too much into it.
