Yeh, and you can ask for a text confirmation to your mobile as well.
That doesn't work either!
They still don't turn up.
One day I phoned ntl and their contractors three times to be assured they were going to turn up and they still didn't.
But you have to pay them Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10.00 if they turn up and you're not there.
What a joke!
