TWICE?!?!?!?
I sympathise but I'm also rather amused.
SIX times this year I've had to take days off work or hang around on a Saturday for nothing.
The last time they even had the front to bill me for the work they hadn't done when they weren't here.

Hours and hours and hours on the phone to them.

That's not to mention the appointments they did turn up for but had sent the wrong guy out for the problem, so I have to make the call to make an appointment to get the right guy out!
