NTL Box Gives Up....
...after much freezing and rebooting my Digital NTL box has given up the ghost. All I get is the code..ERR 11...any ideas?
Rang NTL, the engineer didn't turn up when supposed too, so complained and another was due out today (Weds).
Guess what, an engineer doesn't appear again...two of my annual leave days wasted.
Spend an hour on hold, get thru to be told that "an engineer definately hasn't left any notes on the system". "That maybe because I havent seen an engineer yet" I reply.
A meek apology is offered and yet another date arranged for NTL to come out to me.
It will be 10 days with no TV by the time, if, they turn up.
I'm normally a calm person, but this has got right up my nose!
I've always backed up NTL, cos I have had no problems...till now....seriously considering going to Sky!
