Re: NTL Complaint - Services not installed after 18 days
1 appointment has been missed. I raised their awareness when I called them in the afternoon to tell them. They said it had been cancelled despite the fact they called to confirm the appointment at 4pm the previous day.
I have spoken to faults on 4 seperate occasions ever since and been promised 3 call backs which have not happened. They are not able to provide any information to me at the time I call them as they "need to investigate".
The service up to now has been very poor for what should be a very simple job
