Re: NTL Complaint - Services not installed after 18 days
About 3 months ago I had an issue with NTL (see above) regarding installation of a telephone line. Well, lady luck has shone on me again.
My telephone line does not currently work and would you believe, NTL have so far not been able to fix the issue despite the fact that I first reported it 6 months ago. Maybe part of the reason they haven't fixed it is because they don't bother to turn up!!!
When I last had an issue I spoke with a Chief Executive with help from the Cable Forum. Unfortunately I have lost his number but would really like to speak with him again as he resolved all of my issues within 2 days.
Is there anyway somebody can find out who I spoke with last and help me get in contact with him?
