NTLs' infrastructure cannot properly sustain the use (and abuse) of a 10Mb tier............ so let's all look forward to them launching 50Mb sometime soon at which point the network will completely self destruct

Personally I would settle for a solid 10Mb set up and a concentrated effort from NTL to improve it's CS/ TS support.
