Some Telewest people aren't going to be too happy that's all I'll say. Some of the price rises for Starter Pack customers are a bit steep to say the least, although they will only increase the price by half for the first 12 months!
There will be a £5 surcharge for those people who don't pay by Direct Debit which I think is appalling!
There is a brand new bundle for sports fans, the Setanta Sports Bundle
(includes Setanta 1 & 2*, Celtic TV, Rangers TV, NASN and Racing UK) for £15 a month!
This is all part of the plan to bring parity between the two companies packages. There are package name changes as well with TV and Broadband packages changing to M, L & XL branding. In terms of the channels available this sounds as though it's going to be a very slow process to maintain the quality of their packages. Which
I think means not all channels are going to make it through merger of services!

Interesting info...- The TVDrive is going to rebranded V+ from 1st February. How original lol!
- V+ will be available on the NTL network nationally from 1st February
- NTL customers will not be required to take a phone line with their Digital TV package from the 1st February, although you will pay extra
- Broadband Plus becomes Broadband extras from 1st February**
