At long last, certainly in the daytime, I am now seeing the old download figures that i achieved until September being realised again. I am on 10mb in the Warwick area. It's been rubbish for about 8 weeks. I think i need to do something however as i hear that my Terayon TJ210 CM is unable to go above 8mb! Now this modem has served me since May 2001 and has been reliable and brilliant but with changes to the service by NTL it does surprise me that they leave me with an old modem than will never ever work with the new speeds. So, in theory i could sign on for 20mb service if it existed wonder why i never got more than 8? Customer service... not really! At Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£34.99 a month i do think we should automatically get the equipment that can work correctly, after all i have to rely on NTL as i can't nip on Amazon and buy myself a new one can I?
