Try powering off your modem for 30seconds then on again and let settle for 1 minute. Check your
Operation Config at
http://192.168.100.1/ login/password both
root. If you're on 10mbit you should see Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 10240000 Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 512000.
