Hang on a minute, my 1980 vauxhall nova is just about to fall apart, i know lets make it better and put a 4 litre chevy in it! Lets watch it properly fall apart!
Try limiting your upload in your P2P program to 90% of your total upload rate, should sort out that problem you are having as that has nothing to do with traffic shaping.
