My dad pays Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99 for a 1 Meg conection to NTL through our black pace set top box,

1st 512K took 4532 ms = 113 KB/sec, approx 931 Kbps, 0.91 Mbps
2nd 512K took 4562 ms = 112.2 KB/sec, approx 925 Kbps, 0.9 Mbps
3rd 512K took 4328 ms = 118.3 KB/sec, approx 975 Kbps, 0.95 Mbps
4th 512K took 4328 ms = 118.3 KB/sec, approx 975 Kbps, 0.95 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 952 Kbps, 0.93 Mbps

Should he be getting more for his money ?
