not too sure - there was roumers from an Ntl staff member in another thread that they do a mobile tarrif for an extra 2GBP but when pressed for the details they never replied.
The cheapest company at the moment I believe is
www.1899.com. Their Ntl/TW tarrif is different to the BT one but they are still pretty cheap.
