I'd like them to tell the truth. For instance, last week when a lot of emails weren't being received, they assured us that once the problems were fixed then all the missing emails would arrive. Well presumably the problem is fixed, as it's no longer on the status page, but the test emails I sent myself at the beginning of last week still haven't arrived.
