If you are having slow speeds on an evening and weekends. ( To test please go to
www.speedtest.net) If you are are getting no where near what you are paying for, Same as me and gavinlew, my brother, my dad.....and everyone else i know on TW BB in Yate!
Please phone customer support and place a Customer Complaint. From what the support guy said thats the only way we can get them to sort this problem. After many a call to support and they are not taking down notes on my account after they said they would! Ask for there name FIRST and scribble it down and dont let them go through the same crap as always..please type CMD in run etc etc!! Just say i want to make a complaint about the service and threaten either going to the lowest service or remove all the services. Hoping if enough of us complain they will do something!
Team Work will prevail... I hope !!
