Quite pleased with Tevion MD90009 ...wonder if they still have them in the back room at Aldi.

It's a rebranded Microtek, and includes a transparency unit. It's USB2, quite fast.

Only drawback, the ScanWizard 5 software has a disagreement with the driver for the Medion TFT (MD30217) monitor, though some other troubles have ben noted for that driver too.

The software also lacks a happy medium between a complex expert mode, and a simple mode that's often rather too basic
