Just spoken to Sales regarding the PVR.

I live in Luton and they have confirmed the 'go live' here as 12th December.

Spoke to a very informative chap who was more than helpful. I have two boxes currently (paying Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15 for the second one) and he confirmed that when I replace one box with a PVR there will be no additional charges and no installation charge as I subscribe to the Family Pack.

He also confirmed that the PVR will be able to record two channels at once whilst watching a third. He also said that they will be adding some HD content at no extra cost over the coming months (things like the History channel to begin with).

He then added me to his 'list' and confirmed that he will personally call me back to arrange an installation date. There were already eight people on his list but they are obviously expecting a huge response when the info hits the whole customer base.
