Am chasing again the addition of the address to the national database we use, so he is known as a serviceale property. There is no danger than this won't happen, but it's just taking time. Apparantley there is a backlog at the moment
but hopefully it'll be on today before I leave, I've already chased it once today, then I will get someone RELIABLE in sales to give him a call, after Monday as requested.
