I just used the newsgroups for the first time today... not quite as straight-forward as I expected
to try to get this issue I have with online banking resolved.
It seems to take approx 1 hour for posted messages to appear - judging by the sent time compared to when I see them. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?
