I've been rebuilding a couple of HP ML150's recently which didnt come with a Floppy Drive, so installing Windows 2003 drivers for SATA drives was a bit of a bitch until i found a USB floppy and that setting in the BIOS to enable the drive to be seen at startup.

Dosent mean to say its exactly the same wording in his BIOS though...
