Re: Altering Images

A way you could do it in Photoshop, is to carefully select the area you want to change using the lasso tool. Then go to the "Image" menu, then "Adjustments", then select "Color Balance". Then you can move the Cyan/Red slider further towards red.

Be aware that you will have "Midtones" selected by default, and you may also need to adjust the "Shadows" and "Highlights" by selected these options. Experiement to get the best result.
