However, only do a boot time defrag if you have lots of spare time. I did this at work once and after the first hour I tried to close it down as it was still chuntering on. Unfortunately, I then found out that it was literally impossible to get out of it. I simply had to leave my PC until it had completed the defrag overnight! Perhaps Diskeeper has improved since then, but I wouldn't care to bet on it.
