disable any firewall that you are running and post me back the results of this command in a cmd prompt
start> run > cmd
ipconfig /all

I had the same problem with a WRT54G v7!!!
Everything worked ok I just could not browse the internet via my wireless connection or my hard wired connection, once I cloaned the mac address everything worked just dandy!
