I don't bother complaining as they never help : This is however a combined issue Standardlifes fault for not authenticating/recognising by's proxy server and the version/headers that by's proxy server is send out to the internet.

But it appears to be the same problem I have with Nationwide's site - I cannot "manage payments"... yet with your proxy that worked. I gave up on that one and just made the edits from work... but it's obviously somehow a linked issue?
So.. if I get nowhere complaining about it - where do I get a non-BY proxy when I need to access my banking sites?
