Newsleecher is great but it's not free.
You could try
Grabit which is free.
Do yourself a favour and Google
NZB sites as this is the easiest way to download stuff off newsgroups. Also check out
http://www.nzbsrus.com/
Also you will need
Quickpar for repairing missing or incomplete files.
