I'd also advise getting a premier ISP for newsgroups as NTL's own is pretty much useless (even more so at the minute as it's almost 75% incomplete). I use Easynews
http://www.easynews.com/, they charge $9.99 a month for 20 Gig (about £5.50). There are other providers, everyone has their own favourite. :-)
