Sorry, I missed yesterday's reply.

To backtrack - with no port forwarding all works fine?
If you forward inbound port 80 to a static IP your Netgear clients have their outbound http (80) redirected to the static IP?
What is the make of the webcam ? Does it allow you to listen on a port other than 80? (The reference to 1024 is probably 'anything above 1024' as generally speaking those ports are less likely to be used)
