I still haven't managed to solve this

I have unticked it so it's disabled, changed the port number and even deleted it from the port forwarding list and static ip list. I was pleased to find linksys tech support was an 0800 number but then got through to some bloke with a strong accent i had difficulty understanding. He said to change to port 1024 in forwarding and on the webcam?
