Hi Incognitas,
I lost TV and Broadband today. It's happened once before this month but they do have their work cut out round this area.So all in all it's not too bad at all. If you lose the lot just go for Dig TV first. Usually if it's a widespread fault it will tell you that and the area's affected.If they go down together they normally come back on together.So I only check about one.If there is a message already I just end the call and let them get on with it.The last twice everything has been restored a couple of hours later.
