Looks like you are still infected with Norton

From the link I provided above your next step is this download tool - for failed un-installations with the automatic removal tool:

Please back-up all your personal data, word files, emails etc to a cd or USB stick before doing this

Also ensure you have your Windows XP cd - in case things go wrong. Follow the instructions exactly to remove the product.

Ignore the third step

In addition to the files you have found, you will also have registry entries which this manual tool should remove.
