Graphics cooling

Another opportunity for people to earn rep!

I'm looking for ways to cool my graphics card - AGP interface, PNY Geforce 6600.

It's not especially loud to begin with, but as the rest of my PC is quiet (Zalman massive jobbo HSF on the CPU, 12cm PSU fan, 2 ultra quiet 8cm case fans, passive Northbridge) then it's something that I notice, the hum isn't exactly consistent and can be quite distracting

I'd prefer passive cooling if possible - it's totally silent then, and one less fan to clean out when I attack the insides with compressed air! Something that's not gonna take about a day to fit and also not too expensive (so not water cooling unfortunately).

Any suggestions gratefully received and most likely (pending the need to slut it around a bit) will be rewarded with green rep
