hi swoop, i tried setting the port to 50001 and i ticked the 'rc4' encryption option in azureus, but it still downloads like a zx81 on valium. thanks for the suggestion

do you reckon that i'm stuck with what i've got then russ? what would you do if it happened to you? it's annoying that i can legitimately download 40gb per month, but the only way to get the files i want is to use torrents or p2p's.

The ISP has decided that they don't want me to use p2p or torrents. it is wrong.
