I've noticed on my bill that I pay an extra Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£2 for Talk Unlimited Local (unlimited local calls, evenings and weekends). On my latest bill this has been charged in advance for the month of October (1st - 31st) but I can't find anything about it on the NTL website. This was an offer that was awarded to me as part of some deal by retentions. Will I still be eligible for this as it has still been included on my bill?
