I would like to thank ntl (well the installer) fot my telephone & BB install yesterday
Apart from the mess up with there hopeless online ordering system (not the installers fault),
Also i made the job easy for the install i run the telephone cable ready and run the cable up through the cavity so it was nice and tidy and put snap and seal f connector on ready all the install has to to was put a isolator & cover on the wall,
I did feel sorry for the guy as he said he had a bad day and did not stop all day
but i did make him a nice cup of tea
