I would have thought that asking for a Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£75 fee up front would be somewhat off-putting to a lot of people. It would make more sense (to me at least) to spead that out over the 12 months of the contract period, at an additional Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£12 pcm - then revert to the standard pricing.
