That's good news. We moved almost a year ago now and it was like sticking needles in your eyes dealing with those herberts. Finally they're starting to do something about, good news at last.

I don't wish that on anyone, let alone at that time of year - but if there was one department that had to go, they'd be top of my list too. Incompetence is built-in to that lot from the heads of department, all the way down.
