just wondering if anyone can give some advice on the current speeds people are seeing with telewest in the edinburgh eh4 area as i am thinking of taking out the 2mb broadband service?

also if i do join the 2mb service and i later decide to upgrade my speeds to 4mb do you have to start a new 12 month contract also fro the date of the speed up grade?

thanks for any help and advice anyone can give me!
