Been having problems for a couple of days now...
Intermittant glacial browsing, unable to connect to MSN Messenger
Ran BB test and packet loss figures up as high as 42%
Speeds, when its good, are OK but long periods of stalled connection
Anyone else in the area having trouble?
Tried Call Centre but after much 'Press 1 to be fobbed off...' a voice said they were busy and cut me off (automatically) with no further recourse... Nice!
