- "Does your standard user have remote access polices correctly set". As Windows 2003 is new to me (and we are without our resident in house Windows 2003 expert for a few weeks) I feel this is where my problems lie. My knowledge on how to set these runs out! As I state in OP. Overall Admin username and password - goes in no problem.

- Yes we are currently using the VPN on the router and not Windows 2003.

- \\ServerName\SharedFolderName - by entering that I can get access to the folders I can see but not the ones that I know are there and cannot see!
