Hi guys.
We have about 6 or 7 ntl e.mail addresses. Noticed there was a new sign in process last night but found out how to do it, selected the relevant address, up popped the associated ********** password automatically in the little box as usual and we were in.
Today been trying to access e.mail again. The address we accessed last night still opens fine but on all the others the previously stored passwords seem to have disappeared. No problem I thought, just re-enter the relevant passwords and tick the box to say 'remember me' but when I do that I just get a 404 error telling me the page cannot be found.
The service is working as I have just sent a test mail from the one working e.mail address to my old tvinternet e.mail address and it's come through ok.
Can anyone shed any light?
BTW - tried customer services and been told to call back later as they're having technical problems dealing with calls due to bad weather?????
