rightclick it and select "Update driver", then select "install from list.....", then select "dont search......" and with a bit of luck you'll have there the USB 2.0 drivers for the chipset you use.
SP2 has USB2 drivers. My device manager reports "standard enhanced PCI to USB host controller" and my USB 2 ports work just fine.
