Once their was a Blueyonder technician in our house replacing our modem because the one we had was old and broke
The first modem we got from Blueyonder when Blueyonder were just around, one of those grey old huge modems and they replaced it with the new black one. He was saying around January 2007 we should be seeing 50MB connections, I don't know if its true but he was on a level and knew what he was talking about.
