I'm disheartened with my Aquamark 03 score... 50,000... Somethings not quite right. The CPU did score 10,053 though :p Which is great

Hit around 180fps at peak

As for RAM speed, i know what you mean, my bottleneck is my RAM

Need some DDR2-800
