I am in an ex-videotron area of West London but only have analogue available (no phone line option), this is because I'm in a block of flats. How many other analogue "islands" are there across the region, and will they ever be upgraded, or just lose the service?
We are not allowed individual dishes, but Sky have recently been leafleting the block offering a free communal roof top dish if more than 4 subscribers sign up.
