Hi forum,

I have a question and im hoping someone can answer it, our BB is from telewest and its in my parents name, i decided to get it changed into my name so i asked my parent to get it chnaged into my name, she phoned up and got the relevant forms in the post, since we got the forms i have changed my mind about having the bills addressed to me so we binned the forms, the otehr day we got a letter from t/w and it says

"To enable us to complete your request we must receive the signed forms within the next seven days. Services will be disconnected if these forms are not received. "

myu question is we didnt ask to be disconnected, can they do this, where in asking for the forms to transfer responsibility does it mean they can cut us off
