I've had an ongoing problem with them for months and everytime I phone them I can only do it when I have at least an hour to waste. That's how long it takes just to get through their irritating taped messages to an actual human-being.
Then allow for 'accidental' disconnections.
Hello Mr Sux, you have to realise that this is not always the case. NTL are not all bad, and there are far worse companies around.
