If you haven't already been conned into ntl, you'd be better off finding an alternative.
I've had an ongoing problem with them for months and everytime I phone them I can only do it when I have at least an hour to waste. That's how long it takes just to get through their irritating taped messages to an actual human-being.
Then allow for 'accidental' disconnections.
